What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to develop best-in-class search software solutions
• Design, develop, and improve our architecture
• Build tools and technology that focus on creating an amazing developer experience
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Help us grow our new team by interviewing and recruiting new engineers
• Develop a culture of high ownership, technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration

What You’ll Need:

• Strong programming fundamentals
• Experience designing and building enterprise-grade or consumer-facing software
• Successful track record of shipping large scale projects with multiple dependencies
• Experience building and cultivating a high performing team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Java and Reactor considered an asset, but not a hard requirement
